Who is behind this
Why we built it.
Commonhouse is small on purpose. Two founders you can actually reach, a few rules we do not bend, and software built around your business, not the other way around.
We kept watching good operators get let down by AI. The tools either did not know their business, or they went ahead and acted without asking. So we built the thing we would want to run ourselves: an AI home base that learns your work, handles what you repeat, and stops for your yes before anything risky goes out.
Small shop, on purpose. When you have a question, you talk to one of us, not a queue.
You keep the keys. Literally.
Your accounts, your data, and your keys stay with you. We build inside what you already own, and you can pause it or take it back whenever you want.
You keep your logins
We never hold them. We work inside the tools you already use.
It stays in your systems
Your data lives where it already lives. Nothing moves to us.
You grant it, you revoke it
You give access on your terms, and you can take it back anytime.
Tell us what you need.
Tell us the work you keep repeating. We will show you what a home base for it could look like. You own whatever we build.
